Terms & Conditions

The Client, by placing an order via email or phone, agrees that they accept the conditions of the rental agreement. Hopitepees will retain a booking form and signed terms and conditions agreement. The Client will then be supplied an invoice as confirmation of their booking.

Payment

Bookings are held once the $100 deposit is received, payable by Venmo, PayPal, Chasapp or Check. We must receive confirmation of the final number of guests for your sleepover party and add-on choices no later than 7 days prior to the date of the party. Payment of all rental charges are due at time of setup. The $100 deposit will be refund after pick up and confimartion that all rentals are in the condition they were received.

Cancellation

A $100 deposit is requiere at time of booking. The $100 deposit is non-refundable, but may be applied towards the cost of another party if held within 60 days of the original party date. If you choose to cancel our services for any reason, your deposit will be not be returned.

Delivery and Set Up

The Client is responsible for being present for the delivery and tents set up.

Positioning/Setting up of Equipment

The Client is responsible for indicating clearly the location of the assembly. Hopitepees will take every caution, but shall not be liable for any damage to the site, site access, furniture or personal belongings. All floor areas must be clean from dirt, dust & furniture before setup begins.

Use of Equipment

The Client is responsible for checking the number of rental items against the invoice/agreement upon delivery. Please notify Hopitepees immediately to advise of any discrepancy or damage discovered. After the call, the Client will be liable for any loss or damage to the Equipment. Damage to rental equipment during use is the responsibility of the Client and the Client agrees that repair or replacement charges for damaged equipment will be made after the rental date.

Liability to Third Parties

Hopitepees will not be held responsible for accidental damage caused by your guests during your party. We will not be liable for claims for personal injury or death while using our equipment during your rental period. The items are made for children and the Client should supervise carefully.
